Description of cable tie installation machine

1. This cable tie gun is designed for bundling motor coils or other special items with small room for going through zip ties.

2. Operator need to put nylon cable ties into the bowl feeder.

3. Bundle speed is 1.0S per cable tie.

4. Tension forces are adjustable. Handler can turn a knob in the tie gun to set the binding forces. The number is bigger, the force is stronger.

5. The waste of nylon cable ties would be collected into a box or a tin.

6. Handler treads the foot pedal, nylon cable ties would be transferred into the tie gun from the bowl feeder, then be wrapped, tightened and cut.

7. Automatic detect the failure, the machine would stop immediately if there is any malfunction, and automatic deal with the failed cable tie, and automatically restart the cable tie machine.
