Operation process: put nylon zip ties into vibration bowl – load and distribute cable ties – aim at wire harness/tubes or other products – pull the trigger and finish bundle

Nylon cable ties requirements

1. Main size: W3.6*L150*T1.2mm;

2. Head size: L6.5*W6.5*H4.7mm;

3. Material: nylon PA66

4. Tensile strength: 14kg

5. Shape: straight and strong, no burr/flash

Functions

1. Automatically wrapping, tightening and cutting nylon cable ties in 1.0S.

2. The tightening force is adjustable.

3. The waste of cable ties can be collected into a tin.

4. Auto detecting fail: if cable tie is jammed in the machine, the machine would stop and clean it automatically, then restart.

5. Could be applied to automation line with a robot.

6. The bundle diameters: ø2mm -ø31mm. It can’t bundle products whose diameter is bigger than 31mm.

7. Ergonomic hand shank design, comfortable to hold and operate.

8. Pneumatic pressure is at least 5kg/cm².
