SWT25120H Automatic cable tie packing machine for nylon plastic

Once pulling the trigger, automatically feeding and bundling nylon
cable ties. One machine can replace 2 or even more workers.
Product features
1. PLC control system and touch screen,
2. Put nylon cable ties into vibration bowl, they would be
automatically loaded and feed into the gun. Don’t put too much
every time, 200pcs-300pcs is enough.
3. The binding forces are adjustable by turning a knob. The number
is bigger, the force is bigger. The max number is ”4” and it means
8kg.
4. Automatically locking nylon cable ties, cutting off and
collecting the waste material into a box.
5. The locking/cutting/collecting speed is 0.8S.
6. The max bundle diameter is 22mm. As long as less it, the machine
can automatically adapt different diameters objects.

Packing machine introduction
1. Vibration bowl: Pls connect with the host machine. Turn on,
choose 4 or 5.
2. The handheld cable tie gun: pulling the trigger, starting to
lock, tighten and cut off cable ties.
3. The feeding tube: transfer cable ties into cable tie gun
4. Transparent tube: collect the waste material into a box.

Put too much cable ties in here. Pls put 200-300pcs per time.
2. Can the machine SWT25120H deal with 2.5*100mm cable ties?
No, it can’t and it deals with 2.5*120mm cable ties. The vibration
bowl can load one kind of material and cable tie gun can bundle one
too.
