Brifing:
The machine used for fillin pillow bag or covering.
III INSTALLATION AND DEBUGGING.

Make sure the equipments are in the appropriate position according to the product line collocation.

Rectify the adjustable foot screw of the machine to raise the equipment in aclinic and tie up screw cap;use inflated bolt to fast when necessary.

C Inspect every pipe connections is ok, and make sure there is no cotton or air leak.
D Inspect 3 zigzag turnplates and ducts-feeding cylinder are well-installed, screw whether become flexible.
E Connect the Carding machine and Mixing Container electric control box into 380V power respectively. Note the direction of motor the same with the mark of the arrowhead on the machine, otherwise the machine will wall up by cotton and caused cease.
F Connect the power supply of the Cushion filling machine into the electric control box of the Mixing Container.
G Open electronic box, push the air pressure button,close the electronic box's door.
H Be sure the machine is kept on good connection with the ground.

IV USAGE
( Note the direction of motor the same with the mark of the arrowhead on the machine)
a Push the green knob switch on the power supply box,,motor begin to run,and air pressure produced the machine( Note the direction of motor the same with the mark of the arrowhead on the machine)
b Fiber feeding: put the fiber on the conveyer belt averagely. Do not put too thick to prevent the jam in the roller.(If used with ESF005-1 or ESF005-3,there is no necessary to fill by hand)
c Filling: Take the pillow or sofa cover into the filling exit, press the foot valve by foot and belt feeding will begin, then the fiber will be filled into pillow or sofa cushion.
f After the fiber filling into pillow or cushion is full stop off the foot valve
V MAINTENANCE

Clean the fiber between the rollers and exit and the valve of filling machine.

Adding the lubricant to pneumatic component of oil and mist each weeks..

Do not keep fiber accumulated in the fan of the motor bottom .Keep it tidy

d Keep the machine and working environment clean and dry ..
VI GUIDELINE ON SAFETY MATTERS
It is dangerous to put hands into the ducts-feeding cylinder when ducts feeding
b When operation, don't open the cover of the machine and never put your hands, heads or any part of body into the inside of the machine, such as the ducts-feeding cylinder schematic diagram.
C If there is any abnormity press the urgent knob on the power supply or the urgent knob on the right of the machine.
After completing of the work, please cut off the power supply and the air supply.
Guideline on prodution:
A When ducts feeding, feed it evenly, adhere to the principle of less ones, more feeding times.
B If necessary card the materials again.
C The foams are limited within above-mentioned materials.
D Please make sure no rest ducts within the valve and the shell left in the machine before cut off the power
E If ducts jam into the machine ,please stop and tidy the machine .
F If over loading make it stop ,please wait a minute. When the over loading protecter reposition or reposition the protecter by hand and restart.
