Introduction of double shaft metal shredder
Dual shaft metal shredder, also known as shear shredder, reduces
the size of materials through shearing, tearing and extrusion. This
shredder is widely used in waste plastics, waste rubber, wood, crop
straw and other large volume wastes. It introduces more than 30
years of experience in manufacturing such equipment in Europe and
America into China, and improves and develops it according to the

Advantage of double shaft metal shredder
1. The dual shaft shredding machine is firm and durable. It is
suitable for recycling all kinds of large solid materials,
refractory materials, plastic containers, plastic barrels and
plastic backing plates. Shredded particles can be as small as 20mm
according to different needs. And we can provide all kinds of
feeding buckets according to customer needs. The equipment has the
advantages of low speed knife rotation, low noise and more energy
saving.
2. It is composed of moving cutter head and fixed cutter to
complete the function of chopping materials. The cutter head is
composed of a base shaft and several moving cutter blocks in the
shape of quadrilateral. The moving blade block has 4 cutting edges,
which can be replaced. The moving cutter blocks are arranged in
V-shaped rows along the base shaft, fixed on the base shaft with
screws, and rotate together with the base shaft to form a moving
cutter head. There are two groups of static knives, which are fixed
on the frame. The material is pushed by the horizontal hydraulic
cylinder to feed in the direction of the cutter head. The speed is
stable and adjustable, and the propulsion force is large and
uniform. It is suitable for recycling all kinds of large solid
materials, irregular and difficult to treat materials, plastic
containers, plastic barrels, tubes, films, fibers, paper, etc. The
spindle speed is 45 ~ 100 rpm.
3. Different knife sticks can be selected for different materials.
Correct selection of knife sticks can greatly improve the service
performance and production efficiency of the equipment. Our factory
now provides knife sticks: high-performance knife sticks, hard
material knife sticks and film knife sticks.
4. While selecting different knife sticks, our factory also designs
different installation methods of knife holder according to the
characteristics of different materials: Welded movable knife
holder, removable movable knife holder and integrated movable knife
holder.
Working process of double shaft metal shredder
The main working parts of the crusher are a pair of relatively
rotating rollers, which are equipped with spirally arranged gear
teeth. When the material enters the machine, it is torn and sheared
by the teeth of the high hardness wear-resistant material which
rotates staggeredly and is splitted, broken and crushed into
smaller than the set size, and then forcibly excluded from the
machine. Roller driven by motor through reducer has super-large
torque, encounter difficult debris, will automatically reverse
under the action of PLC automatic control system, and many times
positive and negative, until the material is broken and discharged.
