400 Cable Granulator is used for handling automobile wires, communication cables and other types of miscellaneous wires and cables. This machine has a compact structure, and shows stable and reliable performance. Scrap copper wires and cables are chopped by the Chopper in the machine and then plastic pieces and copper granules are separated by airflow and vibration. Copper granules and plastic pieces come out of the machine through different outlets, and dust is collected by Dust Collector. (Copper wires less than 20mm in diameter are suitable; single conductor with diameter of 0.2-0.3mm is best.)

Features of wire recycling machine
1. Crushing system adopts D2 alloy cutting tool, the processing hardness is HR58. It can ensure the high-wearing resistance as well as a certain tenacity of the crushing blade. The structure is designed as splayed alternate shearing structure, the shell of wire grinding equipment adopts water cooling system, thus avoiding, material heating and melting after long time operation.
2. The operation of the complete set of equipment is fully enclosed, it is equipped with an advanced pulse dust removal system that effectively collects dust in the production process and discharges it from the dust outlet.
3. In view of the fact that the copper wire crusher manufactured in other countries can recover the copper with a purity more than 99.5%, but 3-5% of the copper powder and brushed copper will be lost into the plastic in the sorting process, our company is equipped with electrostatic selection equipment, the remaining copper in the plastic can be sorted out again, so that there is no plastic in the copper and no copper in the plastic.

Material Feeding & Precautions

1). Sort out other materials (like iron, etc.) first before copper wires and cables are fed into the Chopper, in order not to damage the chopper blades. Observe the Chopper’s chopping speed when feeding wires and cables into the machine.

2). Pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise in the machine during production. If abnormal sound is observed, stop the machine and open the Chopper box to check.

3). In production process, if too many plastic-clad copper granules are found or granules are too small, the screen needs to be replaced or the space between fixed blades and rotating blades needs to be adjusted.

4). If the machine is easy to overheat, stop the machine and check whether the transmission parts have friction.
