Working process of radiator recycling machine

Firstly, the materials are put into the double shaft machine for the first coarse crushing, and then transported to the hammer crusher for the second fine crushing. 5. The equipment is operated with closed negative pressure suction and equipped with cyclone depressurization system. The dust removal is solved and the aluminum loss is minimized.

7. The special motor protection system is adopted to detect and control the current of the first breaker and the second breaker, and the automatic forward and reverse rotation system is configured to effectively prevent the damage to the motor caused by the locking of the machine.

8. The size of blowing and vibration separation is controlled by frequency converter, which is convenient for adjustment and control.
