A: Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products. You can provide the picture in any format made by Photoshop, Core Draw, or AI.

Q. How do I clean it?
A: Just use soap and water. Do not use any kind of solvents.

Q. How do I pay for it?
A: Please transfer the payment from your bank to our bank via T/T, credit card.

Q. Can I get a sample to check everything before placing orders?
A: It is always welcomed to receive a sample to examine the quality and workmanship of our product, as long as you cover the sample and courier fees. The sample fee will be refunded when an order is placed.

Q. When can I get it?
A: The delivery date is usually 7-12 working days after the sample/order is confirmed. We are also willing to accommodate customers’ needs if possible.

Q. What kind of guarantee do you offer?
A: Our inflatable products can be used for more than 24 months. If they are damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair them. Because it is too long to ship goods back, we will send a repair kit bag with every inflatable product.
