Assiemblng And Testing

All valves are assembled in clean and well-lighted workplace To reach 100% oil-off, surface coating is applied on packing nut, stem, and valve end as lubrication All JPE needle valve are tested by clean and dry nitrogen 1000 psig (69 bar) in factory.

Packing And Marking

To ensure the tread and other critical surfaces are clean, hat cap is installed to cover parts gap To ensure products are clean before use, each product is packed in an individual sealed plastic bag Product code, quantity and information are indicated on the packing box.
