Aluminum Swaged Bar Grating is one of the most commonly stocked aluminum grating and is used for pedestrian traffic only. Panels are manufactured to 2’ and 3’ widths, while providing standard lengths up to 24’ long. 19SG4 Light Duty Grating is available in bearing bar sizes ranging from 1" to 2 1/2" depths and thicknesses of 3/16” and 1/8”. 19SG4 is spaced 1-3/16” c.c. for the bearing bars and 4” c.c. for the cross rods. Typical applications include: catwalks, platforms, pedestrian trenches, pedestrian sump pits, stair treads, water and sewage treatment facilities, waste water treatment plants, food processing, and marine envirnoments. Surface options are smooth or serrated.
