Description:
Zhuote Metal Mild Steel Grating is manufactured using an
electro-forge welding process that applies pressure and heat to
fuse square twisted crossroads to load-bearing bars of various
thicknesses and depths from 40mm x 5mm up to 1000mm x 10mm (larger
sizes available upon request).
Mild Steel Grating is commonly used in walkway infrastructure
projects and is a very flexible, cost-effective solution to provide
safe walking surfaces and a variety of applications.

Technical Support
The Technical Department is able to recommend the most appropriate
grating or louvre for a particular project before preparing a panel
layout which will make the most economical use of the selected
material. Our practice is to work closely with the architect from
concept to final design, preparing CAD drawings and advising on
secondary steelwork, alternative fixing methods and loading
specifications.
