Metal Serrated Steel Bar Grating Description: Steel grating is manufactured using an electro-forgewelding process
that applies pressure and heat to fuse square, twisted cross bars
into load-bearing bars of various thicknesses and depths. The result is a product of one-piece construction that complies
with AS1657-2013. The press welded galvanized steel grating/grille/grate is made of load flat steel bar and cross bar, placed horizontally and vertically, and at an equal pitch apart, by welding with 200-ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment, then cutting, punching and banding ends.
The steel grating is generally made of carbon steel with hot-dip galvanized appearance, which can prevent oxidation. It can also be made of stainless steel.
