Automatic Facial Tissue Packing Machine PLC Control System is the new generation of packaging machines developed by our technical staff as the requirement of majority of domestic and foreign customers. The whole machine adopts light, electric and gas integrated design, advanced technology, the international advanced paper, non-woven packaging equipment. It can be used to produce four sides sealing packaging wet wipes, such as: female care wipes, makeup wipes, medical disinfectant wipes, is opropyl alcohol wet wipes, lenses clean wet wipes, computer clean wipes, shoes clean wet wipes, aviation wet wipes, catering wipes and so on.
Main Feature 1. It is suitable for four-side sealing products of all types wet wipes/tissue, alcohol swabs/pad and so on. 2. The confined glass cover avoids contamination and reduce noise ! 3. Adopts Japan dosing pump, make it accurate to add liquid into different package with tolerance of ±0.01ml/time. Multiple kinds of liquid are available; it can add per liquid per bag or add all the liquid in the same bag 4. Full automatic pouch forming, photo electricity correction, no blank edge and fault forming. 5. Single bag or two bags in row can be set freely (Max four bags in row for alcohol swabs). 6. The sealing molds is made by aluminum alloy, very high thermal shock resistance, without thermal deformation.
