It adopts the immersion gold process and has passed various pressure tests, which can be applied to the product directly.
RK3288 development board is an all-in-one high performance multi-core computing platform. Based on the Rockchip RK3288 SoC featuring an Arm Cortex-A17 (MP4) and Arm Mali-T760 (MP4), it features powerful graphics processing and video decoding ability, and support for Android OS.
High-performance Core Configuration with RK3288 quad-core Cortex-A17 processor, frequency up to 1.8GHz, integrated quad-core Mali-T764 GPU. Its excellent performance makes products more possibilities.
