This machine is used for the casting of brass and other coppe ralloys poured by gravity into the die, to obtain medium/large size pieces or small size piecesby using multi-cavity dies.
The machine, being a new generation gravity casting machine, is designed taking into consideration operatorsafety and ergonomics.
The main characteristics of this newconcept machine are as follows:
Mechanical structure,which is far morerobust,with all vital parts mounted inaccessible and protected positions.

The dipping tank is an independent unit and can be easily removed ifnecessary. Furthermore during operation they are protected fromsand, grease and oil accidentally falling into them.
The machine is supplied with avariable displacementpump, allowingto extend the life of the pump and tobe much more silent.
Hydraulic and electric components,cylinders, and valves are also standardfor easy replacement.

• The circuit is controlled by PLC, the data is set by touch screen and all hydraulic components are imported.
• It is suitable for gravity die casting of brass and ferrous alloy.
• It can be frontal casting, side casting, twice casting and mixed casting.
• It is possible to individually adjust the cooling time of the die.
• It facilitates the decomposition, combination and cleaning of dies.
• It has two functions of manual and automatic circulation, the counter can be preset, to record the output of each shift.
• There is a die adjustment space to facilitate the application of different dies, and reduce the requirements for the die size.
• The machine can store the die casting operation programs and set the password accordingly.
