This machine is used for the production of small/medium size cores with the hot box system. The machine has been studied and built for a blowing capacity of 2.5 litres.
The machine is supplied with accident-prevention doors with safety switchesand is equipped with an overhead fume-suction hood. The various production cycle phases (automatic or manual cycle) may be set by the operator by using the timer or mechanical adjustment.The machine process is controlled by a PLC control unit.
The core boxes are heated by electric elements, the temperature is controlled by two independent thermocouples with their relative regulator.
The machine furthermore may be supplied with an automatic sand feeding system.

• The shooting port is 70 degrees to the sand, away from the high temperature area, so that the perforation is easy to clean manually.
• The machine is equipped with integral moving mechanism of the base, which can make the base move along the X and Y axes, so that the perforation of the opposite mold into the sand hole more convenient and accurate.
• The movable die is equipped with the core pulling rack to meet the special requirements of the mold.
• The angle of the quicksand in the sand storage bucket reaches 70 degrees and is equipped with a vibrating motor. It is suitable for the use of collapsible core sand with poor fluidity in the copper casting and aluminum industry.
• With mold adjustment space, it is convenient to assemble different molds and reduce the requirements for the die size.
