Product description: WL-AD392 is a water-based hydroxylated acrylic dispersion. It is
recommended to be used with a water- based isocyanate curing agent
to prepare a water-based high-performance two-component
polyurethane coating. It is designed for topcoats and clearcoats on
various metal and wood substrates. Feature: Excellent gloss, hardness and fullness, fast drying, excellent
resistance to liquid media,excellent chemical resistance, good
gloss retention and weather resistance
Applications WL-AD392 when used with water-based isocyanate curing agent, the
recommended co-solvents for the main agent are: DPNB, PNB, DBG, BG,
etc.; recommended co-solvents for the curing agent are: PGDA, PMA,
PMA+DBE (1: 1 or 1: 2). After the A/B components are mixed, if the
initial viscosity is too high, the pot life will be shortened
accordingly. During coating construction, the amount of water used
depends on the specific construction viscosity requirements on
site, generally 10-15% of the main paint. |
