Rapid Hardness Build-Up Water-Based Hydroxyl Acrylic Dispersion For
Metal Substrate product description WL-AD395 is a water-based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion. It is
recommended to be used with a water-based isocyanate curing agent
to prepare a water-based high-performance two-component
polyurethane coating. It is designed for primers, topcoats and
clear coats for various metal substrates. Features Excellent decorativeproperties, super strong initial water
resistance, rapid hardness build-up, excellent adhesion to a
variety of substrates, excellent wetting properties, wide
construction adaptability, and provides greater operating spacefor

WL-AD395 is used with water-based isocyanate curing agent. The
recommended co-solvents for the main agent are: DPNB, PNB,
DBG, BG, etc.; the recommended co-solvents for the curing agent
are: PGDA, PMA, PMA+DBE (1:1 or 1:2). After the A/B components are
mixed, if the initial viscosity is too high, the pot life will be
shortened accordingly. When mixing WL-AD395, due to the many unstable factors in the
grinding process, the stability may decrease. Therefore, it is not
recommended to use resin in the color paste grinding. For more detailed operation instructions, please consult our
technical engineers. Store Packaging specifications: 20KG/200KG/1000KG large-opening plastic
barrels or packaged according to customer needs. Shelf life: 6 months Product transportation: Handle with care to avoid impact and damage
