Water based hydroxyl functional acrylic WL-H152

Water Dispersion Hydroxyl Acrylic ResinWL-H152 is two component PU resin, it is suggested to be used cooperatively with poly aliphatic isocyanate curing agent, through baking, it can maximize performance.water based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion can produce the same hardness, impact resistance and solvent resistance as solvent based polyurethane coating. PU coating made of WL-H152 is recommended to use in topcoat of metal or wood due to its paint film has excellent gloss, the construction method can be brushing, roll coating or spraying.

Self emulsifying process, emulsifier free.

Excellent shear stability, can be grinded with dispersions directly.

Good gloss, hardness and limit film thickness.

Excellent weather resistance, water resistance and aging resistance.

4, Instructions:

WL-152 can be diluted with deionized water to construction viscosity. The resin can help to wet pigments, so wetting agent may reduce PH valueof the coating system can always be adjusted by N. N-dimthylethanolamine, viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the PH value increases

WL-152 can be mixed with poly aliphatic isocyanate curing agent for preparing high-gloss top coating which can dry fast at room temperature ordry by force at 80"C. The activation period is about 3 hours if it is used with BAYHYDUR 304(NCO/OH=1. 4/1.0).

Construction equipments can be cleaned by water, alkaline detergent or water soluble solvent.

It is suggested that the product should be stored in a cool and dry weak alkaline place. The quality guarantee period is 6 months, and the expiredproducts can still be used after passing the inspections.
