Scratch resistance elastomer modified polyester coatings resin E815

Micro-branched type straight-chain OH polyester resin, it can obviously improve the wear resistance, scratch resistance, after-tack resistance, chemical resistance,solvent resistance of elastic resin, adding volume is 8-15% of elastic resin.

E815 elastomeric resindescription:

This product is polyester resin with special modified line-style, used with other elastic resin, it can improve the wear resistance, scratchresistance, after-tack resistance, chemical resistance, solvent resistance of resin in coating.

Usage:

      1, Adding volume is 8-15% of elastic resin content.

2, Storage: 12 month valid under the indoor temperature not exceed 25℃, keep away from sunlight, storage temperature not exceed 40℃.

Recommended formula:

A component (Base):

B component (Curing agent): N-3390.

C component (Thinner):BAC:DAA=1:1.

Operation ratio: A:B:C=10:1:4.

Baking condition: 70℃/30 mins.

Note: different gloss effected by different substrate, adjust volume of matting agent

according to the different gloss effect in application, the dispersion of matting agent

has big effect on anti sedimentation, excessive or non dispersion cause side-effect.
