Good Adhesion Modified Polyester Resin DM-1

Application: primer of Vacuum plating coatings.

OH: 2.1-2.4(Fprm of supply).

Solid content: 60%.

DM-1 Modified Polyester ResinCharacteristics:

1. Combine with HDL curing agent to make two-component prime paint of vacuum-film.
2. Short baking time, filmed after one hour at 70℃.
3. Easily filmed with Aluminum, Indium tin, copper, good adhesion with filmed layer.
4. Excellent full appearance with good leveling.
5. Not contain heavy metal and halogen.
6. Good solubility in most of CAB, NC, Chlorine vinega, organic solvent of ketone, esters, alcohol and aromatic.

Recommended Basic Formula:

Formula A:

Formula B: N3390.

Portion: A: =100: 5.

Note:

1, Fast－dry solvent recommended for the formula．

2, Leveling agent of EFKA3882 and EFKA3883 recommended, adding volume should be in control.

3, According to the needs, adding some CAB,NC, Vinson,etc．
