2. Drying tower: The inner diameter of the drying tower is 8.4 meters, the height of the straight cylinder is 8.54 meters, and the total height of the inner tank of the drying tower is 15.6 meters . It can withstand a negative pressure of 25 00Pa and will not be damaged in the case of operating errors. The inner wall is a 304 polished mirror panel with a thickness of 3.0 mm , which is welded by argon arc welding. The tower body is outsourced by a stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.2 mm, and the middle is a Q235 steel skeleton and aluminum silicate with a thickness of 100 mm for thermal insulation. The top of the drying chamber is a stainless steel checker plate with a thickness of 3mm.

3. The tower body is equipped with a tower door and an observation hole, which is convenient for cleaning and observation in the tower. The interface of the tower body and the elbow of the pipeline are designed with arc butt joint to reduce the dead angle.

4. Normal operating temperature: the inlet air temperature of the volute and the hot air distributor is 350 ℃ , and the exhaust air temperature is 110 ℃ . Working pressure in the tower: -100～-1000Pa, limit pressure in the tower: -2000Pa.
