Assembly and packing instructions _Floaters

• Before putting into the plastic bag the body&bonnet shall be jointed by bolting, attach the general label on the plastic bag and pack.
• No painting applicable however antirust to be applied as applicable.
• Serial number shall be marked on body.
• The depth of thread put into bolt hole of body should no less than bolts size, bolts should have 2-3 threads exposed after being assembled So clients need to adjust the bolt’s height during the assembly.Trim’s size, pressure, material and heat number shall be neatly marked relevant places.
• Nameplates not to be provided by Kelite but rivets shall be provided.
• Each stem (including antistatic device) shall be covered by protective jacket and fix well on both ends, label and pack.The bushing shall be packed into the box per each crate, size & pressure and per order quantity, attach the general label and pack.The socket head cap screw, circlip, hexagon head cap bolt, handle plate shall be packed by plastic bag respectively per each crate, size & pressure, label respectively also and pack.
• Gland Flange shall be grit blasted both sides and painted both sides with the standard blue paint. The Gland Flange shall be protected from damaged by wrapping with a protective material.
• Same size O-rings shall be packing within same plastic bag per each crate, size&pressure, then label on the plastic bag and packed with box, attach the general label on the box and pack.
• Label on painted handle per each crate, size&pressure, then pack.
• Compressed Gaskets shall be provided with original packing from Kelite supplier but with pearl cotton protection, label and put into box, attach the general label on box and pack.
• Seat, stem bearing, gland bearing, stem thrust washer, spiral wound gaskets shall be provided with original packing from Kelite supplier, label and put into box, attach the general label on box and pack.Lever / Lever + Head to be grit blasted and painted with the standard blue paint. The items shall be protected from damage by wrapping with a protective material.As the principle above main components, spare parts will be packed in same crate for same size&pressure, BOM shall be provided for each crate same size&pressure valves, BOM shall be placed with the crate for clients easy assembly purpose.
