L Feet Rooftop Solar Mounting System For Tin Roof / Sheet Roof
Solution The Tunxin Tin (Metal) Roof Mounting Solution is suitable for almost any flat roof. It provides a simple and cost-effective solution for mounting all framed and unframed solar panels currently on the market. The Mount Makers wide range of mounting brackets provide for fast and secure fixing to sheet metal, purlins or rafters and for different roofing types at angles from 10 to 60° . To simplify connection of support rails to tin brackets, The Tunxin rails are designed to allow standard T bolts to be simply swiveled into the rails.

panels and diverse roof types, and they can scale easily from small
to large, multi-megawatt installations. Installation 1.Fix the L feet using the screw.
2.Use the M8*25 Hexagon screw, M8 spring washer, M8 antiskid washer and fixing nut to connect the rail to the L Feet.
3.Repeat the L Feet installation in accordance with the planned layout.
4.Place solar panels on the rails.
5.Using end clamps with M8*25 Hexagon screw and fixing nuts to attach solar panels to the rails. Adjacent solar panels are attached by using mid clamps with M8 hexagon screws.(The hexagon screw length is determined by the solar panel’s thickness)
6.Repeat steps until installation is completed.
