We set the sales and service offices in Shanghai and Beijing. Currently we have 16 employees in Shanghai office including 3 designers and most of them are skilled. 10 of them have worked at Matsuoka for about 15 years. We are skilled and can provide prompt and professional service. We serve for Children book printing, Children's board book printing, coloring book printing, kids sticker printing, Children's learning Flash cards and print Jigsaw puzzle for children.
Our main task--
1, Quote and negotiation 2, Provide design suggestion to customers 3, Arrange preproduction sample making 4, Place the production order to the factory 5, Follow up the production schedule 6, Send the production sample 7, Book the vessel 8, Arrange loading containers 9, Clear the customs 10, Follow up the payment 11, Collect the feedback from customers 12, Improve ourself gradually.
Our Team
We totally have about 38 sales and service team members.
