castings, this system utilizes a -0.09 MPa vacuum to eliminate air
pockets, ensuring deep resin penetration for superior insulation
and structural sealing.
II. Industry Challenges & Causes
Problem: Incomplete Filling and Trapped Air Bubbles.
Cause: Lack of Sufficient Vacuum Pressure. Without a high vacuum,
resin cannot penetrate deep wire windings, leading to electrical
breakdown.Problem: Blind Impregnation Process Control.
Cause: Absence of Real-time Visibility. Standard tanks without
monitoring ports make it impossible for operators to ensure
consistent filling quality. Problem: Complicated On-site Integration.
Cause: Dispersed Equipment Modules. Manual assembly of pumps and
pipes on-site increases the risk of leaks and extends setup time.

High-Performance Vacuum System: Equipped with a 2.2 kW VSV-40P pump
achieving a stable -0.09 MPa vacuum to guarantee 100% void-free
impregnation.
Full Process Visibility: Features two Φ100×20 mm sight glasses and
a dedicated port for full panoramic visibility of the resin
impregnation details.
Smart Handling Mechanism: Includes an automatic tank cover opener
and a motorized tray lifting system to streamline material handling.
Plug-and-Play Integration: The entire system is pre-mounted and
pre-tested on a single base plate, requiring only a power
connection for immediate operation.
