EfficiencyThe aluminum radiator plastic tank crimping clinching machine is
used for crimping the teeth of the header plates and locking the
plastic tank tight to the core body. There is a sealed space
between the crimped plastic tank, sealing gasket and header plate.
This servo type plastic tank crimping machine is used to handle
products of various specifications. The plastic tank crimping
machine is divided into the long-side header crimping mechanism and
end crimping mechanism. The radiator plastic tank crimping machine is also called as tank
clinching machine.
Main Features1) The servo type aluminum radiator clinching machine is PLC
controlled, and the crimping program is set up through the touch
screen. 2) The touch screen can indicate the working status, and the control system stores crimping parameters. 3) The aluminum radiator crimping machine is devided into a long header and a short header crimping device which separately crimps the long header plate and the short header plate. 4) The aluminum raditor crimping machine can have dodge moves and step-forward moves. The radiator plastic tank crimping machine is used for crimping the
teeth of the header plates and locking the plastic tank tight to
the core body. There is a sealed space between the crimped plastic
tank, sealing gasket and header plate. The machine consists of
machine body, pneumatic upper compression mechanism, crimping
claws, long-header and short-header crimping mechanism, transverse
clamping mechanism, support rail, electrical control system, servo
system, and pneumatic system. It can be used for crimping of
different radiators. The radiator tank crimping machine has 2
crimping methods: a) push-over and crimping of headers with teeth;
b) push-over movement only for headers without teeth. The radiator
