Thealuminum corrugated finforming machine adopts PLC, inverter, AC servo control, and touch screen control. The parameters are easily set through the touch screen.

Description of Radiator Fin Machine
The equipment adopts replacable devices and one fin machine can be used to produce different fin models. The operator could change the fin forming roller and other necessary parts, and make the necessary adjustments to produce different fin models.
The aluminum fin machine is used to produce heat exchange wavy fins at fin height 8mm (could be customized based on customer's requirement). The electrical control system of the fin making machine relies on PLC, inverter, AC servo control, and touch screen control. The operator could set up the parameters on the touch screen.
