The aluminum fin making machine is used to make aluminum fins for fin and tube heat exchangers, including aluminum radiator fins, inter-cooler turbulence fins, condenser fins and evaporator fins in automobile air conditioner.

2. Equipment structure and function introduction

Machine bed frame

120mm square steel structure is adopted for welding. After welding, the bed is subject to secondary heat treatment to ensure reliable stability. Then, all positioning keys and mounting holes are processed at one time in the gantry machining center to ensure consistent accuracy of the machine tool. The surface of the bed is sprayed with nickel plating to prevent rust. The bed contains oil tank, oil storage tank and oil returning tank, and the operating part contains safety protection devices.
