Description of Aluminum Radiator Fin Machine

The aluminum fin machine is used to produce heat exchange wavy fins with or without windows.

The fin rolling machine is equipped with the following devices: decoiler, tensioning device, feeding, micro oil spray lubrication, fin

forming, correction and cutting function. The machine is designed with protections such as strip run-out detection, blockage detection,

cutting fault indicator, fin forming unit overloading protection, and fault indication light.

The electrical control system of the fin making machine adopts PLC, inverter, AC servo control, and touch screen control. The

parameters are easily set through the touch screen.

5 The radiator fin making machine can be equipped with our patent lubrication system. The micro spray lubrication system can save about 60% lubrication.
