1. Application

The aluminum alloy quenching furnace is a batch furnace for fast quenching of aluminum alloy casting parts.

The workpieces are suspended from the loading shelf. When the heating and holding stage is over, the workpieces can quickly fall into the quenching tank to get an ideal quenching quality.

3. Structural Introduction

The furnace is mainly comprised of heating furnace body, lifting mechanism, heating elements, hot air circulation device, base stand, movable water tank and control system.

The temperature control system adopts PID and over-zero triggering SCRs. The temperature controller used is Guolong brand TCW-32B temperature controller with a good stability. In addition the furnace is equipped with a paperless temperature recorder to recorder the temperature automatically, and a over-temperature alarm. The mechanical movements of the furnace are interlinked.
