1. Application of Electric Heat Treat Furnace  heat treat furnace 
The pit type furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of various metal materials, moulds and shaft parts for high temperature annealing, quenching and heating. The maximum working temperature is 950℃.

3. Electric Heat Treat Furnace Structural Introduction

The pit type furnace is mainly comprised of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, furnace cover, furnace cover lifting mechanism and electrical control system.

3.1 furnace shell

The furnace body steel structure is made from 6-8# sectional steel and 3-10mm steel plates.

The external wall of the furnace is painted with 2 layers of primers, and 2 layers of coating paint.

The key part of the furnace is painted with heat resistant paint.

3.2 lining

The furnace lining material adopts is high quality high temperature aluminum silicate refactory fiber folding blocks.

The lining is fixed to furnace body by stainless steel fixtures. The total lining thickness is 350mm.

3.3 heating elements

The furnace employs quality 0Cr25AL5 high temperature alloy belts as heating elements.

The heating element is retained to the furnace wall through porcelain nails. 

The furnace has 1 temperature zone. And the heating elements are arranged based on zone arrangement.

3.4 furnace cover lifting mechanism

The furnace cover is welded by 8# sectional steel and 6mm steel plate.

The heat preservation material of furnace cover is aluminum silicate fiber folding block. The furnace cover is lifted by crane.

3.5 electrical control system

Temperature control: the furnace adopts Shanghai Guolong intelligent temperature controller to control the temperature.

Heating zone adopts a strongly damped ammeter which can directly reflect to heating elements working condition.

The heating control loop has over-temperature alarm and send sound-light alarm when the heating zone is over-temperature.
