1. Application of zinc metal rotary melting furnace 

The metal melting furnace is used to melt zinc powder working with natural gas and diesel oil as fuel. This 

double fuel system is especially appropriate for the customer with unstable or insufficient supply of gas or oil.

3. Furnace Structure

The oil fired metal melting furnace is comprised of furnace body, seat, driving mechanism,

sealing mechanism, burning device, air piping system, temperature control system, etc.

The zinc metal melting furnace uses oil and natural gas burner. The high speed

burner has the advantages:

Large flame momentum: The flame is jetted out at a high speed (larger than 100m/s).

The high speed flame can disturb the inner atmosphere strongly and strengthens heat

convection between hot air and workpieces. And at the same time, the temperature

uniformity is improved.

Set with burner controller to have an automatic control of burner.

4. Power Supply

The control cabinet is placed inside the control room near the furnace. But there should be

enough distance between the zinc metal melting furnace and control room

to ensure control room safety.The total loading power is not less than 7.5KW.

It is mainly used for fan motor, rotary motor, and draft fan.

The space preserved for installing the zinc metal melting furnace is not less than

6000mm*4000*4000mm (L*W*H, mm).
