Radiator Core Assembly Machine with Tube Distribution Silo

1. Main Application 

The machine is used for assembling auto radiator cores. The machine has the advantages 

of stable and reliable working prformance, easy operation, low noise, accurate positioning 

of flat tube center, and even distribution of fins. The assembled condenser core has a 

high assembling accuracy and a good apperance, which ensures a better brazing effect 

in the brazing furnace.

  d. flat tube quantity: max 80 pcs (spacing at 10mm)

  e. flat tube width: decided by the customer

The machine is able to produce radiators with flat tube distance at 10mm. The tube distance is

 changeable by replacing the chain flex and header fixation block.
