Application
The vacuum pressure impregnation equipment is a right solution
to leakage problem of castings. The vacuum impregnation equipment
pressurizes the sealant to enter the porosities of castings, and
then cures them. The castings are sealed, and qualified to contain
liquids or gas.
The vacuum pressure impregnation equipment for castings are widely
used at military, automobile, ships, and other relevant fields.
The equipment is the most ideal equipment for solving leakage
problem.
The equipment is mainly used for leakage repair of castings,
sealing of porous powder metal products after sintering,
improvement of insulation property of electrical components, and
pre-treatment before galvanizing and plating.
