Application

The radiator aluminium brazing furnace works under nitrogen protective atmosphere, and welds aluminum workpieces with non-erosive brazing agent. Objects able to brazed: automobile radiator, tubular type automobile condenser, parallel flow type condenser, evaporator, overlapping type evaporator, aluminum oil cooler, etc.

Build Up

The equipment is comprised of liquid storage tank, flux spraying chamber, drying furnace, brazing frunace front curtain chamber, brazing furnace, water cooling chamber, brazing furnace exit curtain chamber, air blast chamber, driving system, electrical control, and nitrogen inlet and outlet pipes.

The surface flux of the product is uniformly adhered, no leakage, and the surface excess flux is blown off; and the

header has a manual coating space. The header coating area is also equipped with a recycling barrel for the flux.

Drying Furnace 

the parts are well dried by the drying oven, and the dried parts are an important precondition of

a high quality brazing process.

The brazing heating furnace is the most important parts of the radiator aluminium brazing furnace line.
