Product Application

The gas fired scrap aluminum / metal melting holding furnace is used to melt aluminum scraps at a temperature of 850 degree celcius.

Main Features

1) The furnace is equipped with high quality Riello imported brand burner. 

2) The furnace is scientifically designed with a chimney. 

3) The furnace body is built with once-forming casting material which has a life of more than 3 years. 

4) The metal melting furnace is designed with an emergency outlet hole in case that the crucible breaks. 

5) The furnace is equipped with two thermal couples, 1 for measuring the hearth temperature and 1 for

measuring the liquid temperature. 

Refractory casting material: 

Original:Allied Minearl Products Inc or equivalent quality chinese brand 

The casting material has a long service life. It has a life of more than 3 years depending on user's operation conditions. 

Emergency outlet hole: 

The lower area of the metal melting furnaces body is designed with an emergency outlet hole in case the crucible breaks. 

Graphite crucible 

The graphite crucible is of quality brand Vesuvius or Morgan. The crucible capacity can be

customized according to customer's requirement.

Electrical control system

The electrical control system of the metal melting furnace is of quality brands such as CHINT,

Omron, Delixi, Schneider, etc.
