Application

The crucible type metal melting furnace is applicable to melting of ferrous metal and alloy of low melting point.

The rated temperature of the furnace is 850℃.

Technical Parameters

Furnace Structure

The aluminum metal melting furnace shell is fabricated from steel plates and sectional steel while fire block

ring is made of cast iron. Refractory lining: The refractory lining of the melting chamber is built with once-forming

casting material. This structure has a strong strength, and a long service life. (compression strength: 140Mpa at

a temperature higher than 110℃; linear change rate: 0.1%).

The heat isolation layer is comprised of Grade One silicate aluminum fiber and light refractory bricks.

Burning system

The burning system of the metal melting furnaces employs European Riello burner, which has functions of

temperature control, automatic ignition, flame detection, and automatic start-up or shut-off of the burner based

on the temperature upper limit and lower limit.

Hydraulic Tilting System

The molten liquid is poured out through a hydraulic tilting system.

Supply Scope

Our crucible melting furnaces can also be equipped with Morgan brand graphite crucible.
