Main Features

The radiator fin forming machine employs a combined electrical and pneumatic control. The machine conducts an automatic cycle of feeding,

lubricant spraying, rolling and louvering, fin collection, fin crest counting and product counting, and cutting. The machine has both automatic and manual control available. At manual mode, the operator can conduct the above machine moves one by one. The machine is equipped with inching button on the main shaft.

The running speed of the radiator fin forming machine is controlled by the inverter. Quantity of fin crests is counted through servo-worm electrical counter. There is a coil supporting and fastening device. The machine is also equipped with strip breaking and twining alarming system, and automatic halt function at sudden faults.
