Usage:

1. Red letter hour -12 hours system, a circle of 12 hours;24 hours inside the scarlet letter;Outside the black word for 60 minutes, a circle of 60 minutes

Blue needle (length) : minute needle;Red needle (short) : hour hand

Turn the blue needle (minute hand) with your finger, and the red needle (hour hand) will turn accordingly.(the red needle cannot be turned manually)

2. Turn the blue needle once (60 minutes), turn the red needle once (1 hour), and so on.
