Introduction H400-Ⅱ is an classic oil/gas pipeline welding generator, widely applied in China railway, CNPC, SINOPEC, and field welding construction without power. H400-Ⅱ can output 400A welding current, carry out multi-welding functions: MMA(Cellulose),TIG, FCAW,Gouging).Meanwhile, H400-Ⅱ also otput auxiliary power:AC tri-phase 16kW/400V, single phase 6.9kW/230V. H400-Ⅱ can adopt several famouse diesel engines as power source(Kubota, Perkins, Weichai,ect), which enjoys strong power, stable operation, low noise and low fuel consumption,etc . It can be fit with trailer, easy convenient movement and self-generation, it is ideal for welding in places without power supply and field construction operations. Characteristics 1. Can output 50/60Hz single/tri-phase power simultaneously during welding process 2. Installing famouse diesel engine, owns strong power, stable operation, low noise and low fuel consumption,etc. 3. Integrated with MMA, Cellulose, TIG, Gouging, FCAW and other welding process,owns wide application. 4. Wide current regulating range, can realize carbon arc gouging with 8mm(or above) carbon rod. 5. Single/double operation model is optional, double welding does not interfere with each other, use one machine simultaneously for welding, cutting, or operating lights or grinders, which saves space on a crowded jobsite or work truck. 6. Owns welding current/voltage parameter preset function,easy to regulation. 7. Fast dynamic response and excellent welding performance. 8. Powerful AC auxiliary output power,can drive common power tools and lighting facilities. 9. Meters of water temperature,oil pressure and fuel volume are separately displayed,easy to monitor. 10. Adopts one-side integrated maintenance design, easy to maintain. 11. Engine owns several alarm functions such as low oil pressure,high water temperature,low oil,etc;the generator/welder has low-voltage protection function. 12. Forklift holes and lifting rings for easy transfer and handling.
