Ultrasonic Flow Meter TF1100-EI with insertion sensor provides abundant capabilities for accurate liquid flow measurement
from outside of a pipe. It utilizes state-of-the-art technologies
on ultrasonic transmission /receiving, digital signal processing
and transit-time measurement. The proprietary signal quality
tracking and self-adapting technologies allow system to optimally
adapt to different pipe materials automatically. Due to hot-tapped
mounting of insertion transducers, there is no ultrasonic compound
and coupling problem; Even though the transducers are inserted into
pipe wall, they do not intrude into the flow, thus, do not generate
disturbance or pressure drop to the flow. The insertion (wetted)
type has the advantage of long-term stability and better accuracy. Ultrasonic Flow Meter for water industry application TF1100-EI with
insertion sensor Features: 1. Hot-tapped installation, no pipe line flow interrupted 2. Wide liquid temperature range: -35℃~200℃. 3. Data logger function for insertion ultrasonic flow meter 4. Wide bi-directional flow range of 0.01 m/s to 12 m/s.. 5. Thermal energy measurement capability can be optional. 6. For commonly used pipe materials and diameters from 20mm to over 6.0m.
