CNC 4 Roller Hydraulic Plate Rolling Machine And Sheet Metal CNC Rolling Machine

1. Work Roll

An important component of the bending machine, forging quality 50Mn, and hardening and tempering to reach a higher

hardness (HB300-320),(CD/NK002-90 Bending Machine technical standard conditions) and then finishing.

2. Rack

Main body, high and short rack each one bending machine.

3. Discharge Devices

Installed on the side of upper roller drive,the department constitute on pressure balance on the roller used for unloading.

4. Overturned Institutions

Installed in the side of the fell down fell down flip and recovery, and fell down the fuel tank to perform.

5. Channel Base

Channel steel and steel plate welding, and welding stress and place processing.

6. Hydraulic System

The hydraulic pump station, channel block,throttle,pilot-operated check valve,solenoid valve,cylinders,hydraulic actuators

and piping and other components.

7. Hydraulic Actuators

Hydraulic gear low speed high torque oil motor, planetary gear, balance valve components.
