WCe20 TIG Tungsten Alloy Welding Electrode Description
WCe20 TIG Tungsten Alloy Welding Electrode is a tungsten electrode
product made by adding rare earth cerium oxide to the tungsten base
through powder metallurgy and rolling, grinding and polishing
processes. It has high melting point, strong arc starting ability,
low melting rate, good high temperature resistance and electrical
conductivity. It has excellent characteristics such as high
efficiency, non-radioactivity, wear resistance, high weld quality
and long service life. The tip of WCe20 TIG Tungsten Alloy Welding
Electrode is usually gray and is very suitable for pipe
manufacturing, sheet metal processing, stainless steel products or
fine parts welding work, especially under low current DC welding
conditions, it is the preferred alternative to thoriated tungsten
electrodes . WCe20 TIG Tungsten Alloy Welding Electrode contains a
minimum of 97.3% tungsten and 1.8 - 2.2% cerium and can be used
proficiently in low current, low resistance and AC welding. Our
company can also provide pure tungsten electrodes, thoriated
tungsten electrodes and lanthanum tungsten electrodes. If
necessary, please feel free to contact us by email.
