UNS K94610 Kovar Alloy Bar With Good Low-Temperature Tissue
Stability
Kova alloy bar is also called sealing alloy or constant expansion
alloy. Alloys with relatively constant low or moderate expansion
coefficients over the temperature range -70 to 500 ° C. It is close
to the expansion coefficient of glass or ceramic and other sealing
materials, so as to achieve the effect of matching the seal. The
main types are Fe-Ni, Fe-Ni-Co, Fe-Ni-Cr alloys. There are also
non-oxygen copper, tungsten, molybdenum and their alloys and
composites. It is mainly used as sealing material in electronic
industry and electric vacuum industry.

Application of Kovar Alloy Bar
It is suitable for transmitting tube, oscillating tube, pilot tube,
transistor, sealed plug, relay shell and other electric vacuum
devices. It has a certain linear expansion coefficient in the
temperature range of 20 ℃ - 450 ℃, and can match with hard glass to
sea firmly.
