K20 Cemented Tungsten Carbide Blanks High Hardness And Resistance
Tungsten Carbide Blanks are mainly made from tungsten carbide and
cobalt powder as raw materials, through metallurgical mixing,
crushing, ball grinding, pressing, sintering. The main components
of alloys are WC and Co, and the content of WC and Co in different
uses is different, so they are widely used. It is named for its
rectangular plate (or square), also known as the tungsten carbide
plate.
Technological Process of Tungsten Carbide Blanks
Pulverization → formulation according to application requirements →
wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → screening → adding
molding agent → re drying → preparing mixture after screening →
granulation → pressing → forming → sintering → forming (blank) →
flaw detection → packaging → warehousing.

Performance characteristics of Tungsten Carbide Blanks
Tungsten carbide blanks have excellent hardness, high
hardness, good wear resistance, high elastic modulus, high
compressive strength, chemical stability (acid resistance, alkali
resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance), low impact
toughness, low expansion coefficient, good heat resistance, etc.
Scope of application
Tungsten carbide blanks are mainly used in the manufacture of
copper, aluminum, stainless steel, cold rolled plate, EI plate,
Q195, SPCC, silicon steel plate, hardware, standard parts,
high-speed up and down mold, multi-working station stage inlet mold
punch and other plates. It is also the preferred material for
manufacturing high temperature parts, wear resistance parts,
shielding parts and corrosion resistance parts.
