Machined Heavy Tungsten Alloy DiskHeavy Tungsten Alloy Disk has comprehensive excellent properties
such as high density, high strength and high hardness (commonly
known as 3H alloy), and has good ductility, electrical conductivity
and thermal conductivity. It plays an important role in the
manufacture of weapons. It is then widely used in the defense
industry, aerospace and civil industries (such as the electrical
industry and the drilling industry). Supergravity tungsten alloy
material has become a military and civilian alloy material. Heavy Tungsten Alloy Disk SPECIFICATION & CHEMICAL

Introduction & Features of Heavy Tungsten Alloy Disk- Heavy tungsten alloy disks are mainly divided into two series:
W nickel iron and W nickel copper, and even W nickel iron copper.
In contrast, tungsten-nickel-iron alloys have better mechanical
properties and play a huge role in the defense industry and various
fields of the national economy. It is a very important new military
material in the defense industry, and is gradually extended to
various civilian industries.
- The content of tungsten in heavy tungsten alloys ranges from 90% to
98%, which is the reason for its high density (16.5 to 19.00g/cc).
Using nickel, iron and/or copper as the metal binder matrix,
combined with brittle tungsten particles, makes the tungsten alloy
tough and easy to process. Nickel-iron is the most commonly used
additive in a ratio of 7Ni:3Fe or 8ni:2Fe (by weight).
Application of Heavy Tungsten Alloy Disk- Supergravity tungsten alloys have been widely used in lift control
and rudder balance devices of aircraft and helicopters, aircraft
wing and rudder control devices, and aircraft damping devices.
Static and dynamic balance weight and damping device for helicopter
rotor blades.
