1. Tungsten alloy has a series of excellent properties, high specific gravity: general specific gravity 16.5-18.75g/cm3, high strength: tensile strength 700-1000mpa, strong light absorption capacity: 30-40% higher than the general lead ratio, high thermal conductivity: 5 times of die steel; Low thermal expansion coefficient: only 1/2-1/3 of steel, good electrical conductivity, good welding and cutting performance.

During the liquid phase treatment, the matrix tungsten alloy melts and part of the tungsten enters the solution, forming microstructure and large tungsten particles (20-60m) dispersed in the matrix alloy.
