Copper-tungsten sheet is a composite material of tungsten and
copper. The coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the composite
can be designed by controlling the content of tungsten to match
with ceramic (Al2O3, BeO), semiconductor (Si), metal (Kovar) and
other materials. Widely used in RF, microwave, high-power diode
packaging and optical communication systems and other fields.
It not only has the low expansion of tungsten and the high thermal
conductivity of copper. Its expansion index and thermal
conductivity can also be changed by changing the content of the
material, which provides convenience for the use of the material.
We can provide copper-tungsten sheets with various specifications
and different tungsten ratios.
Advantages of copper tungsten alloy
High arc resistance and good electrical conductivity
High thermal conductivity
low thermal expansion
