Introduction and Feature of Tungsten Heavy Alloy Tubes
Pipe- Tungsten alloy has a series of excellent properties, high specific
gravity: general specific gravity 16.5-18.75g/cm3, high strength:
tensile strength 700-1000mpa, strong ray absorption capacity: its
capacity is 30-40% higher than the ordinary specific gravity of
lead, thermal conductivity Large: 5 times that of die steel; small
thermal expansion coefficient: only 1/2-1/3 of steel, good
electrical conductivity; good weldability and machinability.
- A common process for preparing tungsten heavy alloys involves
mixing the desired amount of tungsten, iron, nickel or copper
powder, followed by cold pressing and liquid phase sintering to
nearly full density. During the liquid phase treatment, the base
tungsten alloy melts and brings some tungsten into the solution,
forming a microstructure through which large tungsten particles
(20-60 μm) are dispersed in the base alloy.

oil content of the oil layer thousands of meters below the surface.
After the original lead-made shield part is changed into high
